The achievement of learning objectives in forming quality educated human beings includes intelligence cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Intelligence is divided into three pillars namely Quotient (IQ), Emotional (EQ), Spiritual (SQ). certainly have different meanings. Individuals who a better EQ will be more successful the world work later, national education goals. reality field based on observations interviews use models that are not social theory, students' creativity visible activities. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive study type literature method. purpose this to contribute insightful knowledge educational experts practitioners about concept implementation role playing theory
